As a matter of general practice, the Company and the personnel of Collegenie AI will not review your User Content. Exceptions would be in circumstances where we are required to: comply with the law, enforce our Terms of Service, protect our or others’ rights, property or safety.
Also, if you purchase human-based proofreading/editing services or file a complaint or comment on specific content transmitted by you, you are granting our employees or editors the authority to access the particular content to provide appropriate service or response.
